Please be patient when ordering.  Orders are taking an average of 3 weeks to fill and ship.  Most of our items are either hand assembled or cut to order so I  seem to get backed up easily.

International orders are accepted* and an exact shipping quote will be given as soon as I have the order weighed and before your payment is processed.  Please do not ask us to mark as gift or devalue the invoice for Customs- sorry, we don't do that.

* Unfortunately, due to changes in the U.K. V.A.T. laws, we can no longer ship to the U.K. unless the order is over $180.   We do not have a V.A.T. collection license and Customs will not accept parcels under that amount without it.

Shipping Information

The shipping is figured by price not by distance and weight so I almost always adjust it before claiming the paypal or running a credit card.  The website doesn't know if your order has 2 pounds of suede paper and other papers in it or just delicate light weight laces so I have to do the shipping cost manually and usually lower it.     If it goes over one pound it has to go priority air mail instead of first class.
